Refund Policy
1. General principle
Ship shot offers a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on the Creator plan. If you decide the product isn’t for you within 7days of your Paddle receipt date, we’ll refund you in full — no forms, no explanations required.
2. Eligibility for a full refund
You are eligible if:
- you purchased the Creator plan (one-time $19 payment);
- your request arrives within 7 days of your Paddle receipt date;
- the request comes from the email associated with your Ship shot account or includes your Paddle order id.
No other conditions apply within the 7-day window.
3. After the 7-day window
After 7 days we will still consider refunds for:
- duplicate charges or other payment-processor errors;
- unauthorized charges reported promptly.
Changes of mind, unused exports, or project-scope changes outside the 7-day window are not eligible.
4. How to request a refund
Choose whichever is easiest:
- reply to your Paddle receipt email with the word “refund”;
- email nmamizerov@gmail.com with your Paddle order id;
- message Telegram @nmamizerov with your order id.
We typically acknowledge refund requests within one business day.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle.comback to the original payment method. Funds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
6. Effect on your account
Once a refund is issued, your account reverts to the free tier: the watermark returns on exports and variants previously unlocked by Creator become watermarked again. Your account, uploaded files, and history are notdeleted — you can sign in any time to keep using the free tier.
