Terms of Service

1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between PE "Klimenko Iurii" (Registration No. 264.1297939, Tax ID (INN): 72978355, RA, Yerevan, Kievyan str., 2, apt. 18— the “Provider”, “we”), and you (the “User”, “you”), governing your use of Ship shot(the “Service”) available at ship-shot.com.

1.2. By creating an account, uploading a screenshot, or making a payment, you accept these Terms in full. Discontinue use immediately if you disagree.

2. Description of Service

2.1. Ship shot is a web application that turns an uploaded screenshot into a product-ready image. You drop a screenshot, pick a scene variant, adjust palette and fields, then export the result as PNG, JPG, or WebP in one of several size presets (Product Hunt hero, Twitter/X, Open Graph, LinkedIn, Square, or Custom).

2.2. Rendering runs client-side in your browser. The Service works without registration; an account is required only to download clean, watermark-free exports.

2.3. Free tier.All variants are usable, but exports carry a “ship-shot.com” watermark.

2.4. Creator plan. A one-time payment of $19 removes the watermark, unlocks all current variants, and covers future variants added to the Service.

2.5. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific render output, which depends on your browser’s capabilities.

3. User obligations and restrictions

3.1. You must use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable law.

3.2. You must not:

• upload content that is illegal or infringes third-party rights (including copyright and trademark);
• attempt to bypass or disable the watermark in the free tier, including by reverse-engineering the client-side render pipeline;
• attempt unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or related systems;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is permitted by law;
• resell or distribute access without our written consent;
• overload the Service with automated requests or abuse our hosting providers.

3.3. You are solely responsible for the content of the screenshots you upload and for ensuring you have the right to use that content.

4. Intellectual property

4.1. Your content. You retain full ownership of the screenshots you upload and the exports you render. We claim no rights to your content.

4.2. Service IP. All Ship shotplatform rights — software, variants, infrastructure, documentation, and design — are owned by the Provider. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by law.

5. Payment and refund

5.1. The Creator plan is sold as a one-time payment of $19. Prices are displayed before payment confirmation.

5.2. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles VAT, receipts, and dispute resolution.

5.3. Refund policy: 7 days, no questions asked. You may request a full refund within 7 days of your Paddle receipt date for any reason. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

6.2. The Provider is not responsible for temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events.

7. Governing law and disputes

7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.

7.2. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.
